Persona, the four-part film anthology starring singer-actress IU, was set to air on Netflix on April 5, but the debut has been postponed due to the devastating forest fire on South Korea’s east coast, which has been declared a national emergency.
According to a Netflix spokesperson in Korea, the company decided to delay the launch date because of the fast-moving fire, which caused thousands of people to evacuate the area and has destroyed hundreds of buildings.
“For now, we share the pain of those who have been affected by the tragedy caused by the coastal fire on the east coast of Korea.” …
